Every citizenry empowered with the franchise to vote or be voted for has a significant stake in national governance. However, resentment and discontentment are seen when there is a drift from the roles and goals of the stakeholders.

More than often, erring leaders are put in the spotlight. Little wonder John Maxwell said, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.” Leadership error could be experienced in national polity, corporate governance and homes when purpose, vision and original design is misconstrued. That is when leaders are no longer genuinely concerned about the people they represent; resource utilization for meeting citizenry aspiration is expunged from their responsibilities.

Whoever desires to provide leadership must have a servant heart enveloped within the cloak of his flesh. Jesus’ teaching illuminated this when He said, “If I then, your Lord have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. He went a little further,”…But whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant.

Servant Leadership is the ultimate leadership style-the perfect backdrop- to showcase the New Nigeria we carry in the inside. Robert Greenleaf who coined and defined Servant Leadership emphasized the leader’s role as steward of the resources provided by the organization. As leaders we should be ready to serve others while staying focused on achieving results positive and powerful enough to equip others to shape their lives. By this, as leaders, the people will not be caused to err.

As a loving deer and graceful doe, let her breasts satisfy you at all times; and always be enraptured with her love.                                                                                           Proverbs 5; 18- 19                                                              If you have ever fixed your mental gaze on the breasts-‘the feelings booster’- as what sustains relationship, it is paramount you erase and expunge this picture from your mind.A time approaches every woman when her physiological set up shrinks from her youthful frame. Then, something is happening to her- change; it is constant. The breasts no longer stand in their places. They are falling down apart.That is why feelings don’t sustain relationship. Emotion does not bring commitment in courtship. Permit me to play on some words to paint a better picture. Curves do not carve out commitment in courtship, character does.From the passage above, what satisfaction does a man get from the falling breasts of a woman? Take note, I underlined loving, graceful and enraptured. I checked up these words in the Oxford Advanced Learner’s dictionary   to discover some things. Loving means showing love or strong affection.  Graceful is pleasing in both styles and attitude; polite and considerate. “Considerate” was capitalized in the dictionary, so I curiously flipped a few pages backward to find the meanings; it reads, ‘careful not to hurt or trouble others; thoughtful’. Enraptured means be filled with great delight and joy.Therefore, it is character as being loving, pleasing in style and attitude, or being considerate and thoughtful of the man, that satisfies him, not really the breasts. The character will carve the commitment, and the man will be enraptured with you, even when the breasts are losing their curves. So, Woman! Give the man what he really needs- character, not the curves! Curves aren’t enough, character is the stuff.

The perimeter of the territory you occupy determines the bound of your influence.lengthen your cord, and strengthen your stake.The cord is a rope or a string that normally connects horizontally from one end to the next.the stake is a post normally pointed vertically,driven into the ground for support .

This is all about what you have been created for---relationship. Dont get me wrong, sweetheart.Adam was created for relationship."...In the cool of the evening God visited him." The stake is denotative of the relationship with God.It is vertical.The cord is the horizontal relationship with mankind.

Is it not amazing that the height between you and God is constant.Little wonder  the Word says that yoy  strengthens your stake, not lengthen your stake.Increase in length can only come between mankind when strength comes between  you and God.

you will be strengthened in the love of God, and He will increase your influence all over , and beyond where your soles tread in Jesus name. Your news will spread abroad.Dominate and multiply in Jesus name.Amen.

Little wonder that Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “mind is a terrible thing to waste”. The mind is the element of the soul of man that does no other function but to think. When the mind is not engaged in a voyage of thinking-- right thinking-- it becomes sunk in stagnation, and ends up stinking; so no thinking, get stinking.

The mind, divided into the subconscious and the conscious, receives knowledge by instinct and information. By instinct, a man is restricted to the confine of its cave. If you live by instinct, you would soon become extinct. However, information transcends instinct in its dynamism.

Information is the bane of civilization ever witnessed. It was the concealed information revealed to someone in the Stone Age that sprung the transformation and catapulted mankind to the next age.
This is why T.D.Jakes, the renowned American preacher said, "what you don’t know can hurt you". Permit me to stretch it beyond you: "what you don’t know can hurt your great grandchildren”. The good news is that you cannot be hurt anymore, if you are obedient to the dictate of development under your nose. Thank God for authors who wrap up experiences of 20 years in a 200-page book for the price of $20. What more can you get from such books, if not information?

Why not put yourself to test? See how far you can go. Pick up a book, and experience a new you emerging from the mental rut that has held you deep in complacency. I bet you! If you can finish reading every letter in this page, you have conquered the war of ignorance.

If you ask me,” how do I get started?”Simple! Stir up a DESIRE to read. Make a DECISION to read one, but start with a minibook of about 100 pages. The book must come with a title that tickles your interest. DEVELOPa reading plan or schedule; it must be convenient for you bearing in mind your vocation. Set DEADLINE for the completion of the book. Please, it must be realistic with respect to your reading speed. This is no time to impress you with impossible deadline. There is one thing it will do to you – discouragement. However, if not achieved, finish the book, anyway.

Easier said than done, isn’t it? Many are a decision undone, voices unheard, desires unfulfilled, target unachieved, doors unopened. A journey of a thousand kilometres commences with a step. The first step to take is to act, and the first step not to take is to procrastinate. Procrastination is a thief of time; and time is money and life. Waste time, you waste your life. But I am convinced beyond any conceivable doubt etched on the tablet of your heart. I know you will do it, because something tells me that you have just crossed the line into transformation. That is what information does.
